Delete your DeviDham account

The quickest way: in the app

Open DeviDham Silvers → Profile → Delete my account. The app tells you exactly what will be erased and, if you still have a running scheme, what has to be settled first.

If you no longer have the app

Email [privacy@yourdomain] from the address on your account, or write from any address giving the mobile number you signed in with. We verify the request with a call or OTP to that number before acting on it — otherwise anyone could close your account for you. We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, mobile number, email address and postal address
• Your PAN and GSTIN
• Your date of birth and anniversary
• Your notification tokens, so we can no longer reach your phone
• Your sign-in itself — the number cannot be used to get back into the account

What we have to keep, and why

Indian accounting and tax law requires us to retain payment, receipt and GST records for up to eight years. We keep those, with your personal details removed — what remains is an anonymous reference number against an amount. They cannot be traced back to you.

If you still have a scheme running

We will not erase a record that holds your savings, because that record is your claim on them. When you request deletion with a live scheme, we register the request, our team contacts you to close or pay out the scheme, and your personal details are erased automatically the moment nothing is left open. You do not have to ask a second time.
